    "Penn Chemistry NMR Facility offers a comprehensive training program for new eligible users so that they can use facility spectrometers independently. We strongly encourage users NOT to attend the training program if the research requirement does not involve extensive use of NMR analysis. This training program is a hands-on training of use of our Facility spectrometers, and we do not cover any NMR theories during the course of the training. Prior knowledge of basic principles of NMR spectroscopy is necessary for this training."
