  1. Resource Description
    Mice displayed extremely low blood glucose levels, plasma insulin levels similar to euglycemic control littermates, and plasma glucagon levels five-fold lower giving a three to fourfold increase in their insulin to glucagon ratio compared to wild-type controls. Mice had ~2.5-fold higher hepatic glycogen than their control littermates.
