  1. Resource Description
    Mice were significantly smaller than their littermate controls beginning at P10. Growth impairment continued through weaning (P21). After approximately two weeks on normal chow, surviving mutants began to catch up in weight with their control litter mates, becoming indistinguishable in size by seven weeks of age.
