Properties

1. Resource Description
129/SvEv mouse ES cells were electroporated with a linearized targeting construct that contained the first exon of CrkL, flanked by two loxP sites, followed by a NeoTK gene and another loxP site. C57BL/6 × 129 chimeras were obtained. This line can be used to generate tissue-specific CrkL knockouts.
