  1. Resource Description
    The targeting construct contained the first exon of <i>Crk</i>, flanked by two loxP sites, and followed by a NeoTk and another loxP site. Linearized gene-targeting vector was electroporated into 129/SvEv mouse embryonic stem (ES) cells. ES clones were microinjected into mouse blastocysts. Mice were bred with C57BL/6 mice. This line can be used to generate tissue-specific <i>Crk</i> knockouts.
