    After treatment for 21 days with doxycycline, mice develop multiple invasive solid nodular mammary carcinomas. Tumors arose stochastically and were focal in nature, although essentially all mammary glands in chronically induced MTB/TAN animals harbored tumors.

    increased mammary gland tumor incidence
