  1. Resource Description
    This novel statistic for Cross Phenotype Meta-Analysis (CPMA) detects association of a SNP to multiple, but not necessarily all, phenotypes. CPMA tests deviation from the expected exponential behaviour of -log(p) for a set of associations to a SNP. CPMA-signed algorithm was updated slightly, ensuring that the statistics is signed given the direction of the non-randomness (negative values if the distribution of p-values are non-random in favor of p-values > 0.5, say).
