    10-month-old mice display vacuolization in the reticulo-endothelial cells of spleen and liver, chondrocytes of cartilage, interstitial cells of the kidney, glial cells of the Purkinje cell layer, leptomeningeal cells, neurons of the neocortex (to a lesser degree), and cerebellum (least amount of storage).
