    "Cell Analysis can phenotype cells based on their biomarker expression within cells, nuclei and membranes. It is designed for individual research groups or small tissue pathology studies. Key features: • Enables tissues to be studied at the cellular level using the Cell/Object Segmentation functionality • Enhanced tools for more accurate cell segmentation • Visualizes, analyzes, quantifies and phenotypes immune and other cells in-situ in solid tissue • Pathology Views(tm) to render immunofluorescence images as H&E, DAB and hematoxylin • Automated quantitation of biomarker expression from specific tissue types (e.g. tumor/stroma) • Separates weakly expressing and overlapping markers • Batch processing of images using customizable image analysis workflows • Scoring (% positivity, 0/1+/2+/3+, co-localization and more) • Export data and images for further analysis, for example: TIBCO • Spotfire® Analyst for Quantitative Pathology"
