    "Specimens will be focused on critically ill subjects (respiratory failure, sepsis). Specimens will include: • Upper respiratory tract (oropharyngeal swab) • Lower respiratory tract (endotracheal aspirate) • GI/Fecal Linked but de-identified clinical metadata will include demographics, underlying & acute illnesses, clinical microbiology data and selected lab data."
