Properties

  1. Resource Description
Summary data from the GIANT consortium 2010-2013 meta-analyses of Genome-wide Association (GWA) data include p-values and direction of effect at over 2 million directly genotyped or imputed single nucleotide polymorphisms (SNPs). Allele frequency data was not released to prevent the possibility of identifying individuals from the summary results. Associations between height and 2,834,208 single nucleotide polymorphisms (SNPs) present in the HapMap Phase 2 European-American reference panel were examined.
