"The 7900HT System is a high-throughput real-time PCR system that detects and quantitates nucleic acid sequences. An Automation Accessory combined with 384-well plate capability make the 7900HT system ideally suited to meet the high-throughput requirements of today's drug discovery process. Key applications include gene expression quantitation and the detection of single nucleotide polymorphisms (SNPs) using the fluorogenic 5' nuclease assay."
• continuous wavelength detection from 500-660 nm
• 96- or 384-well plate compatibility
• compatibility with the TaqMan® Low Density Array
This is an automated analyzer capable of executing high throughput analysis on a variety of samples from humans and non humans. Sample types accepted include serum, plasma, urine, CSF and others. More than 80 different biomarkers can be analyzed using a wide spectrum of biochemical assays. Assays are all validated as FDA in vitro diagnostic category.
The COBAS e411 is capable of full automated operation and offers a menu of nearly 30 assays that are all FDA certified for use as in-vitro diagnostic procedures. This instrument automates the 2-site 'sandwich' immunoassay by using combination of magnetic beads and electrochemiluminescent detection to quantify a variety of ligands including hormones, tumor markers, and other proteins and antigens.
This stand alone instrument completely automates the traditional 2-site immunoassay and incorporates a fluorescent tag whose signal is digitized and correlated with concentration of immunoassay target. This combination yields detection limits that are nearly 2 two orders of magnitude lower than traditional sandwich ELISAs. The SIMOA offers an established menu of analytes that includes cytokines and growth factors. In addition, user-defined methods may be created and performed on the SIMOA.
"Hundreds of distinct ELISA, RIA, enzymatic and HPLC assays are provided. For many commercially available ELISA’s, the TCL may already provide this service. If not, the TCL is capable of developing a commercial ELISA for study applications within weeks of the request assuming a sufficient demand for the service."
